This Is My Dodge Ramcharger: 1979 Dodge Ramcharger SE with factory a/c & cruise. New 500 ci big block, 1966 engine +.030 with 493 stroker kit for almost 500 ci! Heads are stock with mild porting. Intake is Edelbrock Performer RPM & 800cfm Edelbrock thunder series carb. I installed B&D 5″ lift on Dana 60HD rear with 4:10 detroit locker & Dana 44 front with welded front spool & cross over steering & General Grabber 35″ rubber.Was original 318 4 speed which a previous owner converted to 440 auto. I am currently running auto because they cut/removed trans floor pan for B&M quick silver shifter setup . I have big block bellhousing & NP435 trans to install when I located a replacement 4 speed floor pan. I have converted transfer case to a NP205 part time unit. I am doing all mechanical work & electrical (dash & engine wiring) before truck is painted. Truck has original paint and is going to be painted with the original paint layout and trim. I am adding PWR windows and Tilt also. Engine compartment & underside was pwr washed and undercoated. The second photo of the truck is when I bought it. I’ll keep you all updated!
